- Honey

- Fresh mozzarella
- basil leaves
- extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- ground black pepper

instructions
- pour and mix balsamic vinegar, miso paste, and honey into saucepan over medium heat and simmer until reduced to half. Cool to room temperature.
- cut Tomatoes and mozzarella into medium slices.
- Place onto a platter, alternating the tomato slices and mozzarella slices and stuffing chopped basil leaves in between.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction and olive oil and sprinkle on salt, pepper, and furikake.
- Top each mozzarella slice with ikura and sprinkle chopped basil leaves.
